We offer innovative prototyping and reverse engineering services, and we produce precision parts and complex assemblies for consumer electronics components such as projector housing, plastic shell,  and other precison plastic parts.

Packaging & Delivery

Packaging: One piece in a PE bag or with tissue paper, customized blistered packaging or corrugated clapboard packaging. Less than 22 KGS in a carton.

Delivery: The samples delivery is about 7~15 days and the lead time for mass production is about 25-40 days.

Yes, we are ISO9001:2015 quality certified.
What else manufacturing process can you use for this projector housing
When the order quantity is larger, we suggest to use die casting manufacturing to make the blank part, and then do CNC machining.

● How quickly can I get my parts?

It depends upon the complexity, size and quantity. Quality parts can be made in as little as one week if all details are given. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer. We will give you an approximate delivery time in your quotation.
As for shipping, 3-7days by air-express. 15-30 days by ocean shipping globally.

● How much time do you need to give me a quote?

Usually, a quotation for a product is sent within 2 days after we receive the inquiry with all the necessary details.
