Packaging: One piece in a PE bag or with tissue paper, customized blistered packaging or corrugated clapboard packaging. Less than 22 KGS in a carton.

Delivery: The samples delivery is about 7~15 days and the lead time for mass production is about 25-40 days

It`s up to the quantity you need, when less than 500pcs, we suggest to use CNC machining, when more than 500pcs, we sugguest to use mold injection.

We offer high speed precision turning, milling, and assembly of component parts.

● What formats of the files can you accept from our company?

Most of the 3D file format like SolidWorks (.sldprt)/ ProE(.prt) / IGES(.igs) / STEP (.stp) / Parasolid (.x_t)/.stl. We can also use 2D drawing (.pdf) for quote against the parts with simple structure.

● Can you supply completed parts?

Yes, when extra details such as plating, anodizing, powder coating, assembling drawings etc are required, we co-ordinate with our existing subcontractors who specialize in their given field. We can therefore serve as a one-stop-shop with only one account.

● Are your measuring equipments calibrated and up to date?

Yes, they are.
