● How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final inspection before shipment.

● How should we decides to use CNC machining or mold injection manufacturing process for the parts?
When the order quantity is more than 5,000 we suggest to use molding injection; when the parts is more complicated and need high tolerance, we suggest to use CNC machining process. We will discuss and talk when receiving inquiries.

● What information do you need for a quotation?
To make a good quotation, we will need the following things:
1.Product drawings or 3D model data files.
2. The quantity of products you are going to make.

● How much time do you need to give me a quote?
Usually, a quotation for a product is sent within 2 days after we receive the inquiry with all the necessary details.

● Do you design the products?
Product designs and drawings are provided by the customer.

● Can I state to supply my own materials for quote and production?
Yes, we allow all of our clients to supply their own materials for quote and production if needed. However, we have to validate the quality of these materials against the desired end-use and integrate it into the manufacturing process to produce excellent parts as required.
