Packaging: a plastic sleeve on the sharpened end, and a few pcs in a bubble bags, a few bags in a carton box which is less than 22 KGS.
Delivery: The samples delivery is about 7~15 days and the lead time for mass production is about 25-40 days.

● Do you provide assembling service?
Yes, we do that. Custom mechanical assemblies can be fabricated using our precision shafting with gears, pulleys, couplings and bearings from inventory or modified for your application.
● What types of material can be machined for the sleeves and shafts?
Aluminum, stailess steel, Copper Alloys (Bronze, Brass), Titanium, Nickel Alloys and all kind of Plastic material can be machined.
● What manufacturing process are the shafts or sleeves to be used?
Mostsly by using CNC turning can make a shaft or sleeve, sometimes CNC milling is also need to be used to make holes or irregular shapes processing. If the quantity is larger we will use swiss CNC turning process to make them.
