● What formats of the files can Star Machining accept?

We can accept most of the 3D file formats like SolidWorks (.sldprt)/ ProE(.prt) / IGES(.igs) / STEP (.stp) / Parasolid (.x_t)/.stl. We can also use 2D drawing (.pdf) for quote against the parts with simple structure. All the other files formats are not listed above but can be read in SolidWorks/ProE/UG will be also fine for us.

● Except for Al6061-T6, what types of material can be turned for this swing arm spools?

Derlin, POM plastic or other abrasion-resisatant material also can be used

● Can you do other color for this swing arm spools?

Yes, for aluminum material, we can do other color anodizing like red, green or golden/yellow color as per your request, for carbon steel we can do color power coating or plating if you need.

● How about the shipping fee?

The cost of delivery depends on the method of delivery you choose. Express is usually the fastest, but also the most expensive way. Sea freight is the best solution for large amounts. We can give you exact freight rates if we know the details of quantity, weight and method.

● What are your normal lead times?

Depending on the part complexity and capacity of the part you need. Our company typical lead times range from 4-8 weeks after receipt of order.
